"I've found one
of the most fun ways of making gift tags is to recycle. I cut out
designs and pictures from Christmas cards, and write my messages on the
backs. To hang a tag from ribbon, I cut the design a little bigger on
one side, use a hole punch to make the hole, then thread the ribbon
